Hello! My name is Tom. I am the owner if this magnificent place. In 2006 I’ve got interested in this beautiful area. It turned out, that this was once a large village of 112 farms. Now there are just over a dozen. I could not let yet another house in the valley disappear from the face of the earth, so I bought it and renovated it. The history of the house and the valley I can tell you when you get here. I guarantee you will be astonished by building’s special character and the beauty of the surrounding landscapes.
I work as a head chef for over 20 years. I’m going to fix you some delicious dishes of different cuisines, and perhaps teach some kitchen tricks. At the moment all our kitchen provisions are supplied by the best local dealers. In the near future all vegetables, fruits, cabbages and spices will be coming to the kitchen straight from our own garden.
For the youngest guests we organize cake baking and dessert making days, that later being served to the parents. And for the ones who don’t have much in their wallets, whenever we can, we offer a place to stay for few days in exchange for help in the kitchen and the garden.

Until recently, the Luz Blues Guest House was a stop for family and friends only. Now we want to open our doors to a larger group of people. We already have satisfied clients, i.e. Polish Champions in Ultimate Frisbee; They stopped here to take advantage out of the clean air and peace to prepare for the competition.
